It is time to have a Shift in Consciousness to Transform yourself and follow the Way of the Heart. You are the One with the power to be awakened to your true nature. You must open up your mind to the Knowledge of who you truly are.

To shift you must make a decision to turn your attention upon your own mind and behavior. What is true for you moment to moment. Become aware of your thoughts, feelings, actions and beliefs. Retrain your mind so that it assumes complete responsibility in each moment.

Live Empowered, never believe that you do not hold the power to change the energy you feel in you or the thoughts held in your mind. You are free to create whatever you desire and nothing can limit you.
